Michigan native Nick Wey has made it official by resigning with the MDK Motorsports / Unbound Energy team for 2006. 

Nick confirmed by phone this Monday, September 19^th, 2005 saying “I’m locked in and ready to go!”

Nick will be competing in the 2006 US Open aboard a MDK / Unbound Energy Honda CR250.

For the 2006 Supercross season you will see the highly talented rider compete in AMA Supercross (for 250cc two-stroke and 450cc four-stroke machinery).  For the Outdoor series Nick will be racing in AMA Motocross (for 250cc two-stroke and 450cc four-stroke machinery).

Now that Nick has finalized his 2006 plans he will be spending a short time away from SX/MX after the 2005 US Open of Supercross on his honeymoon.
